ADHD Behind Closed Doors
Truth Unveiled - Navigating Life With A Child With ADHD Through A Mother’s Eyes
ADHD Behind Closed Doors is a raw, honest, and deeply human account of what it really means to parent a child with ADHD. Told from the heart of a mother navigating emotional storms, broken systems, and fragile moments of hope, this book doesn’t offer simple solutions, it offers solidarity. Through journal entries, personal stories, and fierce love, I invite you to step inside my world: a world where parenting means advocacy, healing begins with understanding, and hope lives in the quiet wins.

I began writing these pages when I felt completely lost and alone, when my thoughts were too heavy, too messy, or too shameful to say out loud. What started as a private journal became a lifeline, and later, a realisation. There are countless parents who feel the same way but rarely find words for it. I wrote this book for them, to say, you are not alone.

It’s okay to feel what you feel in the hardest moments. It’s okay to parent differently, to step outside the mould, and to choose connection over conformity. This story is about how our family began to heal, not by changing my child, but by changing the way I showed up as a parent.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, isolated, or just desperate for someone who gets it, this book is for you.

Whether you prefer to read, listen, or gift a copy, the book is available in print, eBook, and audiobook formats.
Each created to meet you wherever you are on your ADHD parenting journey.
The Lost Art of Parenting
Parenting a Child with ADHD - How to Stay Close in a World That Pulls Us Apart
In a world of noise, speed, and distraction, parenting can feel like something to manage, perform, or fix, especially when raising a child with ADHD.
In this book I invite you to slow down and return to what truly matters: connection, regulation, and presence.

Drawing from years of work with neurodiverse families and my own experience parenting a child with ADHD, I offer reflections, real-life stories, and gentle tools to help you shift from control to collaboration, and from perfection to progress. You’ll learn how to turn meltdowns into moments of insight, co-create calmer rhythms at home, and build trust through repair, not rigidity.
Alongside each chapter, you’ll find practical scripts, small experiments, and routines you can adapt to your own family’s rhythm.
This is not a step-by-step manual.
It’s a quiet companion for parenting with heart, especially when the world feels loud.
