Cancellation/Refund Policy

Conscious Connections is a small, independently owned business that operates without grants or financial support. As a prepayment is required to secure a spot for a service chosen by the client, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy. To ensure the delivery of a high-quality service, we limit the number of bookings at any given time. Please note that 48 hours' notice is required for rescheduling 1:1 sessions, including consultation calls, coaching, and parent support. No reschedule or refund will be granted for no-shows. This policy may be subject to amendment in extenuating circumstances related to health, well-being, or finances.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Conscious Connections, as a registered sole trader providing services, adheres to the standard VAT rate in Ireland, which is 23%. Therefore, a 23% VAT charge applies to all services.

Site Users/Access to Content

Visitors (those who visit the website without registering) have access to all publicly available content without the need for login or personal information. Registered Users, who have obtained a membership account, can access both publicly available and exclusive website content. The site is intended for the use of the account holder, and sharing login information is strictly prohibited without explicit understanding and consent to these terms and conditions.
