Mentor Coaching

Mentor Coaching

Mentor coaching is not just about competencies, markers, or the structure of a coaching conversation. It is also about exploring who we are as coaches, how we show up in the relationship, and the kind of environment we create for our clients. The way we listen, respond, slow down, notice, challenge, hold space, and build safety all shape whether a client feels seen, heard, understood, and able to explore themselves more honestly and clearly.

Whether you are working toward an ICF, PAAC, or ADDCA credential, preparing for a recording submission, or wanting to deepen your coaching practice, mentor coaching offers a space for reflection, growth, and skill development.

As an ADDCA-trained ADHD coach, ADDCA mentor coach, CSP assessor, and coach accredited with both ICF and PAAC, I offer mentor coaching that combines competency-based feedback with a compassionate and developmental approach.

My goal is not to shape you into a “perfect” coach, but to help you better understand your patterns, strengthen your awareness and decision-making, and develop confidence in your own unique coaching voice.
