Mentor Coaching - Cate

Mentor Coaching

Mentor coaching is grounded in internationally recognised coaching competencies and ADHD coaching standards, while also creating space to explore how we show up as coaches. Together we explore not only what we do, but how we listen, respond, notice patterns, hold space, and partner with clients in ways that support meaningful coaching conversations.

Rather than simply identifying strengths and opportunities for growth, mentor coaching is a collaborative learning process. Through observation, reflection, and evidence-based feedback, you will deepen your understanding of the coaching competencies while developing greater confidence in your own authentic coaching style and voice.

Whether you are working towards an ICF, PAAC, or ADDCA credential, preparing a coaching recording for submission, or simply wanting to deepen your coaching practice, mentor coaching offers a supportive space for reflection, growth, and professional development

As an ADDCA-trained ADHD coach, ADDCA mentor coach, CSP assessor, and coach accredited through both ICF and PAAC, I bring together evidence-based mentor coaching with deep understanding of ADHD coaching. Depending on your goals, our work may draw on the ICF Core Competencies, PAAC Competencies, ADDCA expectations, or a combination of these, while always remaining focused on your development as a coach.

My goal is not to help you become a "perfect" coach, but to help you better understand your coaching patterns, strengthen your awareness and decision-making, and develop confidence in your own authentic coaching style. Together, we build on what is already working while exploring opportunities for growth in a way that honours your unique voice and supports your ongoing development as a coach.
